Bought two of the dogs . About £60.really disappointed as they are cheap plastic .not worth £5 .
HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
Call your bank or visa . Tell them that the item is not as described , poor low quality cheap Chinese product ..
Complain to the company , telling them to send a courier to collect and return the item . They have 15 days to collect it ( Its their responsibility to collect the item ).you do not need to send it back .After 15 days ask your bank or visa to do a chargeback on your purchase . The bank refunds you , then go after the company to recover their cost .
Good luck . Hope this helps . Spread the news .
This is a complete disappointment. It is clearly not based locally and the product seems to be mass-produced rather than handmade, as it rattles when shaken! Returning it would be prohibitively expensive due to the overseas return address. I was appalled by the quality of this item, especially considering the claims made on the website.
This is a complete scam. I usually check reviews before making online purchases, but I was misled by their seemingly local company (I live 10 miles from the area). The pictures of the obviously fake items and claims about discounts due to a retirement sounded appealing. However, what I received was a mug that was supposedly worth nearly 100, but turned out to be a cheap, small, plastic item. Stay away at all costs. The positive reviews are definitely fake.
This is a complete scam. I usually check reviews before making online purchases, but with the seemingly local company (I live nearby), appealing images of products, and claims about discounts due to retirement, it seemed legitimate. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering the 'happiness reading mugs' advertised as artisan-made. They arrived looking cheap and unfinished, resembling mass-produced items from overseas. After lengthy communication, I settled for a 30% refund, as pursuing the matter further didn't seem worth the effort.
This company should be avoided. Their website appears to represent a stylish UK brand selling 'handcrafted' products, but my order was shipped from overseas, and the item was a cheap plastic replica, not resembling the photos at all. When I requested a return, they refused to provide a UK address, insisting I send it back to the original country at my expense. Many will likely be deterred from returning for this reason. They don't disclose that if marketed as UK-based, they must offer a UK return address. If the item is misrepresented, you're entitled to a full refund, including return costs. Do not send anything back overseas; it could cost you a fortune and you may never see your money again. Instead, contact your bank for a chargeback. If you're reading this before ordering, don't. If after, don't panic—you can still reclaim your funds.
I should have checked the reviews before ordering. The items are nothing like the pictures. I was going to purchase more but hesitated. I paid £34.95 for a small, rattling piece of plastic that isn't worth even £3.49. I'm planning to request a refund through my credit card and report this to the appropriate authorities.
I ordered a lamp for £34.95, but after seeing negative reviews, I realized I had been scammed. I attempted to cancel my order shortly after but was told it had already shipped. When the lamp arrived, it was of such poor quality and tacky, not worth the price I paid. I'm currently trying to navigate the refund process. A look at their website shows that the images are likely AI-generated. Please steer clear of this company.
