This company should be avoided. Their website appears to represent a stylish UK brand selling 'handcrafted' products, but my order was shipped from overseas, and the item was a cheap plastic replica, not resembling the photos at all. When I requested a return, they refused to provide a UK address, insisting I send it back to the original country at my expense. Many will likely be deterred from returning for this reason. They don't disclose that if marketed as UK-based, they must offer a UK return address. If the item is misrepresented, you're entitled to a full refund, including return costs. Do not send anything back overseas; it could cost you a fortune and you may never see your money again. Instead, contact your bank for a chargeback. If you're reading this before ordering, don't. If after, don't panic—you can still reclaim your funds.
