If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt on a Sunday and paid for it. On Monday morning, I received a text saying I still needed to pay for my shirt. I then proceeded to pay for it thinking my charge hadn’t went through again, trusting the company. A couple hours later I received an email with one order number and another email with another order number. I immediately contacted the company and was told that I had ordered two shirts, I had not! I then was told since it was already in process I would have to return it, and I said that it was not my responsibility because they sent me something that said I had not paid when I indeed had paid now they are saying that I will have to return it to them. I have not yet received the product, but I have since been reading reviews and it seems as if the product has very thin material, as well as it has a terrible smell . I still do not understand why it is my responsibility to handle this issue when it was their mistake. The items have not even shipped so there is no reason for them to send it to me and make me return it. I have contacted my credit card company and cancel payments, but I have not heard back from ivy & cloth. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company not only does it seem like they are unprofessional, but they are also not prompt in responding!
