If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt on a Sunday and paid for it. On Monday morning, I received a text saying I still needed to pay for my shirt. I then proceeded to pay for it thinking my charge hadn’t went through again, trusting the company. A couple hours later I received an email with one order number and another email with another order number. I immediately contacted the company and was told that I had ordered two shirts, I had not! I then was told since it was already in process I would have to return it, and I said that it was not my responsibility because they sent me something that said I had not paid when I indeed had paid now they are saying that I will have to return it to them. I have not yet received the product, but I have since been reading reviews and it seems as if the product has very thin material, as well as it has a terrible smell . I still do not understand why it is my responsibility to handle this issue when it was their mistake. The items have not even shipped so there is no reason for them to send it to me and make me return it. I have contacted my credit card company and cancel payments, but I have not heard back from ivy & cloth. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company not only does it seem like they are unprofessional, but they are also not prompt in responding!
The ‘comfort color’ t’s are not soft and arrived with a bad smell. You can purchase a multi pack of the comfort color t-shirts from amazon for less than $18. The sweatshirt was also cheaper in quality than expected - seems like something I can purchase at a craft store. I purchased 1 item that had an ‘Ivy + cloth’ tag and that item was soft and of better quality.
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. The items received are completely different from what is advertised. Their return policy is misleading, offering only a partial refund instead of the full amount. Additionally, there are no prepaid return labels, which means customers must cover the entire shipping cost. It's a frustrating experience!

This store is a total disappointment! The photos of the clothing are completely misleading. I expected a sweater, but instead received a cheap shirt that looks nothing like what was advertised. They manipulate the images to give a false impression! It's a complete scam! Be cautious. I can’t believe this is permissible!
Upon receiving my order, I found the sweatshirt to be too large. I reached out to their support team, and they guided me through the exchange process for a smaller size. I only had to cover the shipping cost. Their response was prompt and very helpful.
The item I received was extremely oversized, and the return process was incredibly frustrating. Their customer service requires an email request to initiate a return. They stretch out the follow-up communications to push you to the 14-day return limit. They ask one question at a time and then impose a $15 restocking fee plus return shipping charges. The return cost was half of what I paid for the item. Completely unreasonable.
I've reached out three times with no reply. The sizes run large, and I need to return one item and exchange another. It seems I'm stuck with both sweatshirts. They finally responded, offering store credit instead of a refund. When I mentioned I would try to sell them, their response was simply, 'Sorry you feel that way.' Terrible customer support!
The customer service is terrible! Like others have mentioned, the sizing for the oversized sweatshirts is completely inaccurate. I've been trying to figure out an exchange for three weeks! Initially, they said they had issues with labels but that I could print my own. I offered to do that but needed the return address. No reply. When I followed up, they mistakenly thought I was handling the return myself. It makes no sense! Three weeks later, the oversized sweatshirt is still in its original packaging. I'm worried they will say it's too late to return. I'll never shop here again!
