They claim to be a family-run business in the UK, spinning a tale about closing their shop after a family tragedy to sell Tiffany-style lamps. In reality, they operate from China. I, like many others, fell for this deception, and the item I received was a cheap plastic version intended as a gift. Thankfully, I contacted my bank's fraud department and secured a full refund! Now I've received an email from the company responding to my actions. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM, as I've heard reports of others not receiving full refunds or only partial ones.
