Received a cheap plastic import from China that was defective. The website boasts about excellent customer service, yet their offer was merely a 10% refund or the option to return it at my own expense to China. They claim to offer artisan craftsmanship, which is misleading. I can't give any stars. STAY AWAY. I've also seen numerous complaints about this on various platforms. I ordered directly from their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
