Avoid this company. The website presents itself as a stylish UK brand selling 'handcrafted' items, but my order came from China, and the product was cheap plastic, far from what was advertised. When I requested a return, they refused to provide a UK address and insisted I send it back to China at my own cost, which discourages returns. They don't inform you that if a company claims to be UK-based, they are legally required to offer a UK return address. If the item is subpar or misrepresented, you deserve a full refund, and they should cover return shipping. Don’t send anything back to China; it’s not worth it. Instead, contact your bank for a chargeback. If you’re reading this before ordering: don’t. If you’ve already ordered: don’t panic, you can get your money back.
