Scam, using AI photos and sob stories to draw people into buying from what they think is a UK store. The T&C’s on website state items come from China but it’s hidden. They will reply to emails and try and deter people from sending items back saying it will cost £30+. It actually costs £7 with DPD and fully tracked so my advice, send it back. Contact your bank to start the dispute process or if you paid with PayPal or another method contact them. Do not accept a 15% refund because that’s the scam, they’re keeping your money and it’s no deterrent to stop scamming.
