I wish I had consulted reviews before ordering from this terrible company. The product is subpar at best and nothing like what was advertised. They offered me a 10% discount to keep the poor-quality item or a convoluted returns process that involves sending it back to their warehouse in China at my own cost. A complete scam—stay far away! I will be reaching out to my credit card company for a refund. Don’t be fooled by the 'family business' narrative.
