Like others i would give it a 0 but cant. I ordered it for my sister for christmas, stupidly didnt check them out as fell in love with it. I finally got it after 2 weeks and was disgusted with a small, yellw, plastic dog. Not handcrafted, more like mass produced in china.I am ramping up my emails and sending them screen shots of your reviews, they have told me to send it back, at MY Cost!!!!! And only offered 20% refund. I will keep going. DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM AND A DISPICABLE ONE TOO.
