Like others, I saw their advertisement on social media and, foolishly, didn’t do my homework. I fell for the sob story surrounding the so-called 'co-owner's' death. All of it is untrue, as are the claims on their website about handmade products from a Cambridge company. The items that arrived today are awful, cheap imports that are sold on other platforms for less than £12. My mistake for not checking reviews, but they are con artists with a deceptive online presence. I’ve requested a full refund, but I doubt I’ll be successful. I've also reported them to the relevant authorities.
