Totally a scam...fake refund policy after few seconds from the order, bullshit about the order that they can't do the refund because the order was already processed (order time was evening time). The preparation of the parcel took days before the real shipment so a refund could be possible not like they said. Then it's not Cambridge UK area (also if they use a UK email address) but it's in USA (it has been possible to find out only after the payment). The material arrived from China, so I could buy it straight away from AliExpress at this point. Another fishy thing was that I received the email about the shipment by another shop: "William & Taylor 2"
