The online information and descriptions suggest this is a family business in the UK producing handmade artisan mugs and lamps, which is unfortunately having to close. The pictures show attractive items, including Tiffany style lamps, many in beautiful animal shapes. On receiving my order I found the supposedly handmade horse's head lamp, which looked beautiful online, was actually a mass produced, ugly, cheap, plastic item, bearing no resemblance to the online photo. The returns label I requested was for a company in China, showing the whole story suggesting an artisan British family business appears to be false and simply designed to persuade you to make a purchase.
