You need to be adamant you want a full refund and a rerurn label. Keep emails and pics of items , your bank will request these as evidence you’ve tried to make contact . company blocked my emails however, they did refund me after all of my emails stated I would report the company as a scam . Do not buy, Not glass products, hard plastic, bits loose inside. No light or lead for lamp to be lite, do not buy.
