Awful return policy. They promote sales but bury the details in fine print stating it's a final sale. I'm now $550 out of pocket. Avoid this company! They claim to offer hassle-free returns but charge for returns. It’s misleading to see a statement about having 45 days; in reality, you only have 21 days for refunds and 45 days for store credit exchanges. Finding the return process on their website is a challenge. They're running massive sales, but you cannot return any items purchased during them. Never shop here.
