Their return policy is outright misleading—anything marked "on sale" is final sale and non-returnable, leaving me $150 short after buying multiple sizes to ensure a proper fit. The sizing was significantly off. I haven’t been able to contact customer service at all. I will never shop with this company again and advise others to steer clear.
