I still haven't received my order, even after paying an extra $36 for overnight shipping! It's been three days since I placed the order—no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing! There’s no way to contact them; they don’t respond to emails or texts, despite claiming that’s how to reach them! No phone contact options either! This is unacceptable! I ordered three dresses and spent $370, and I’m starting to worry! Will I ever get the dresses I needed? Or will I get my money back? I feel like this will be a huge issue. Terrible experience! I will never order from them again!
