The return policy is extremely disappointing. They promote a sale but then include in fine print that it's a final sale. I'm now at a loss of $550. Avoid doing business with this service. They claim to offer hassle-free returns, yet they charge for returns. It may seem easy to find the statement about having 45 days, but that's misleading. You actually have only 21 days to receive a refund, and 45 days for store credit exchanges. It's difficult to navigate the website to even find how to initiate a return. They may be running a big sale, but returning items is not an option. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
