After purchasing a lovely coat from ivy luna sadly the coat didn’t suit me so I emailed customer service and to be honest they where brilliant and so quick to reply 🤩 as the store is so far away and would of cost a lot to return the item,Ivy luna asked if I would like to keep the coat and receive a gift card for the full amount of the coat to spend in store , I was extremely pleased with this offer and accepted and got myself some lovely items from their shop .
