This company does not refund properly as they are based in China. They are in contempt of the UK rules on their return and refund rights. I am out of pocket £130 even though I did everything they asked me on return and the parcel came back to me. A 50% refund is a disgrace and the return cost me £75. Absolutely thoroughly bad company and the quality is pitiful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased items that were advertised on social media. When they arrived, they were nothing like the images shown. The material was so poor that it seemed to ignite on its own. I requested a return, and they first offered a 30% discount, then after much negotiation, 50%. However, I had spent over £100, and I wouldn't use them for anything. I wanted a full refund. Eventually, they provided a return document, I sent the items back, but they claimed the parcel never arrived. I used a shipping service to return the package internationally, which was quite expensive. They were also unhelpful and couldn't give me proof of delivery. NEVER AGAIN with either service!!!!!

This is a warning to everyone: the products do not resemble what is advertised at all. There is no physical location, and the items are low-quality products. The refund process is difficult, and you will be charged £30 to send back the poor-quality items to their origin.

Upon requesting a return, I learned I'd have to cover return shipping to another country, which would cost around £40. This detail was not communicated at the time of purchase. There was no clear indication that returns would involve international shipping, despite the apparent UK presence. Customer service responses were repetitive and failed to address my issues. Instead of engaging with consumer rights, they only referenced their internal “policy,” even when it contradicted my understanding of consumer protections for faulty items. A refund was only possible if I paid for the return shipping overseas, making it impractical and excessively costly to return defective products. In summary: • Product quality was very low • Item arrived damaged • Returns required expensive international shipping • Return costs were not disclosed before purchase • Customer service focused solely on internal policy rather than resolving issues. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking of making a purchase carefully review the return terms and be aware that returning defective items may cost more than the product itself.

Difficulties with bundle refunds

Obtaining a refund seems very unlikely. If you buy a discounted bundle and wish to return one item, the remaining items will revert to their full price. Additionally, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, with fees reaching £30 for international shipments.

Chances of receiving a refund are almost nonexistent. If you buy a discounted bundle and want to return one item, the full price applies to the others. Plus, return shipping is at the buyer's expense and costs £30.
