This company does not refund properly as they are based in China. They are in contempt of the UK rules on their return and refund rights. I am out of pocket £130 even though I did everything they asked me on return and the parcel came back to me. A 50% refund is a disgrace and the return cost me £75. Absolutely thoroughly bad company and the quality is pitiful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased items that were advertised on social media. When they arrived, they were nothing like the images shown. The material was so poor that it seemed to ignite on its own. I requested a return, and they first offered a 30% discount, then after much negotiation, 50%. However, I had spent over £100, and I wouldn't use them for anything. I wanted a full refund. Eventually, they provided a return document, I sent the items back, but they claimed the parcel never arrived. I used a shipping service to return the package internationally, which was quite expensive. They were also unhelpful and couldn't give me proof of delivery. NEVER AGAIN with either service!!!!!

I strongly recommend that anyone thinking of making a purchase carefully review the return terms and be aware that returning defective items may cost more than the product itself.
Obtaining a refund seems very unlikely. If you buy a discounted bundle and wish to return one item, the remaining items will revert to their full price. Additionally, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, with fees reaching £30 for international shipments.
