Took a long time to arrive and the fit very tight. Material was very flimsy and item is nothing like shown on the video. I emailed the company and had a polite reply the next day offering a gift voucher/credit note for the full amount which I declined and they agreed a 50% refund which I accepted as it would cost £30 to return the item to China. I’ve had timely replies but the quality of the item was not good
