But then a host of confusing and conflicting messages left me with a $90 bill they won't reverse, having sent an order which I refused and returned, which they had not notified me was being sent until after they shipped (too late to "cancel" so their policy is no refund), The absurdity of my interaction with these people is beyond words. They hold your credit card hostage. You cannot cancel online without an intermediary. This is a dishonest company.
