Ivy RX is so great to work with and also the best product for the best price! I had to end my prescription due to some personal reasons. Mind you I cancelled the day my card was charged and Reiner was so amazing! He worked so hard and quickly to get my prescription cancelled and even took extra time to check in with me on my refund. I 100% recommend this company and bonus they have great customer service!
My time since being with Ivy has overall been a great experience. Any time I need help or assistance it is there. Alvin helped me with a difficult situation I could not figure out on my own with restarting my plan. Now I have my next treatment on the way!

After looking into various companies, I decided to choose this service for my Glp1 medication. My first experience was promising; a representative contacted me, offered a discount, and I placed my order. A doctor sent me a detailed message with my prescription, and it shipped promptly. However, my next order was a different story. They charged my credit card the full amount (with no discount this time), and my prescription was marked as 'sent to pharmacy' — but it hasn't moved since. I've reached out several times, and they keep claiming they are 'behind due to a high volume of orders' and that my order has been 'expedited,' yet there has been no progress. They certainly managed to charge my payment without delay. As a result, I will miss my dose today. I recommend considering a different service that actually fulfills the medication you pay for.
The refill process is incredibly straightforward and quick. Deliveries are consistently punctual, and the tracking information is reliable. Items arrive cold, and the ice pack is still partially frozen. I highly recommend this service to anyone interested in weight loss medications. I've shed 50lbs in just 5 months and feel significantly better.

THE COMPANY CAN AND WILL ACCESS AND CHARGE BACKUP PAYMENTS WITHOUT EXPLICIT CONSENT. THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR A BACKUP PAYMENT METHOD INITIALLY BUT STILL MANAGED TO ACCESS ONE. THEY OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE OVER $1,000 THEY CHARGED ME, BUT THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. THEY ALSO SUGGESTED I SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST, BUT NOW THEY'RE IGNORING MY EMAILS. RUN, BUYERS! LOOK ELSEWHERE! I WISH I COULD SHARE SCREENSHOTS OF THE FRAUD THEY COMMITTED. COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH THE FBI, IC3, AND BBB, AS WELL AS FOR THE FRAUDULENT CHARGE AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM JUST READS FROM A SCRIPT AND REPEATS IT. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING.
