I have ordered from the company multiple times before and had positive experiences, but this week has been frustrating. I miscalculated my fabric needs and required an additional 3m of vinyl to complete a customer's project. I placed my order on Tuesday, requesting it to be folded and expedited for next-day delivery, and was told it shipped. Now, on Saturday, my order is still missing, sitting in a warehouse. Since Thursday, I have tried to get in touch with the company for updates and reordering, but despite my calls and messages, I've received no response. I'm unsure of my next steps; I have no fabric, a partially finished job, and no communication. I hope this can be resolved satisfactorily so I can update my review.
