I have ordered from the company several times and had excellent experiences in the past, but this week has been different. I misjudged my fabric needs and needed an additional 3m of vinyl to finish a customer project. I placed my order on Tuesday, requesting it to be folded and upgraded for next-day delivery, and was told it shipped. Now it’s Saturday, and my order is still missing, stuck in a warehouse. I have tried reaching out since Thursday for updates and to reorder, but despite calls and messages, there’s been no response. I’m at a loss; I have no fabric, a half-finished job, and no communication. I truly hope this situation can be resolved so I can update my review.
