I placed an order for Christmas gifts on December 9th, and as of December 22nd, they still haven't been dispatched. I've sent three messages and only received an automated reply confirming receipt. Additionally, both this order and a previous one were supposed to include a free gift that was supposedly dispatched, but I haven't received it, and my inquiries have gone unanswered.
