My son took a considerable amount of time selecting a map and frame as a Christmas gift for his dad, but unfortunately, they still haven't been delivered and don't seem to have been dispatched. I was able to replace another item I ordered, but it's frustrating to be without the items I paid for. It's disappointing since they looked beautiful on the website, and my son was eager to present them to his family for Christmas. I've reached out to the support team but only received vague replies indicating that the items haven't been dispatched yet, with no clarity on when they might ship. I won't be using this service again.
