I placed an order on December 4th with a standard delivery time of 2-3 days. Despite sending numerous emails for updates and trying to reach out via social media, I have not received any response from a real person, only automated replies stating "we will get back to you in 24/48 hours." I also left a review on the company's website, along with other frustrated customers, but now the item has been removed from the site along with our reviews, while my order is still processing. The customer service has been terrible, and I will not use this service again.
