There was a significant water leak near the school on Friday morning, causing intermittent water supply to numerous homes throughout the day. By Saturday lunchtime, there was no water at all! Nearly 24 hours passed without any water, and there were no updates or communication from the service provider. Bottled water deliveries only began on Sunday morning, leaving residents without clean drinking water for over 16 hours. When I finally managed to contact someone through the emergency number after a wait of over 45 minutes, I was given incorrect information, claiming the issue was being worked on overnight, which was untrue. Furthermore, the company's website hasn't been updated since 2021. They also mentioned sending text alerts for issues, yet no one in the area received any notifications. Extremely disappointing service and communication.
