Bottled water deliveries didn't commence until Sunday morning, leaving residents without clean drinking water for over 16 hours. When I finally reached someone through the emergency number after a lengthy wait, I received incorrect information claiming the issue was being addressed overnight, which turned out to be false. Additionally, the company's website hasn't been updated since 2021. They also claimed to send text alerts about issues, but no one in the area received any notifications. Extremely disappointing service and communication.
This service provider has been persistently contacting me, insisting they supply services to my property, despite my account being with another provider. They continue to harass me even after I provided proof that the bills are settled elsewhere. They claim a legal right to pursue this matter and refuse to contact the other provider. I have never set up an account with them, yet they keep sending me bills. This situation is incredibly stressful and unsettling. This organization is concerning, with water bills reaching £140 a month and the November bill exceeding £200. Such billing is unacceptable and exorbitant. I would prefer they take this to court and explain how the charges can be over £200 a month for water used by two adults and two children.

Basic utilities like water should be affordable, not exploited for profit. The lack of accountability makes this arrangement seem driven by greed rather than resident welfare. This issue needs urgent review and corrective action, as the current charges feel unjust.
The billing prices are outrageous. We are charged a minimum of £71 a month for two adults and a baby.
