The billing prices are outrageous. We are charged a minimum of £71 a month for two adults and a baby. After reviewing the numbers, it appears we are being charged at a premium rate for our actual usage. Prior to moving, our water bills were significantly lower, and our usage habits haven't changed—only the provider has. Being part of a new development, we are stuck with this provider, which seems to be their strategy for gaining customers. If we ever get the option to switch, we will, like many others. Customer service is frustrating; getting through is a challenge, and responses take too long, often requiring security questions to be repeated to different advisors.
