There was a major water leak outside the school on Friday morning, causing intermittent water supply for many homes throughout the day. By Saturday lunchtime, there was no water at all! Nearly 24 hours passed with no water, and no updates or communication from the provider. Bottled water deliveries didn't commence until Sunday morning, leaving residents without clean drinking water for over 16 hours. When I finally reached someone through the emergency number after a lengthy wait, I received incorrect information claiming the issue was being addressed overnight, which turned out to be false. Additionally, the company's website hasn't been updated since 2021. They also claimed to send text alerts about issues, but no one in the area received any notifications. Extremely disappointing service and communication.
