I had three two pairs of glasses shipped to the US, which qualified for "free shipping". However, I accidentally ordered the wrong style. So I went to activate the 30-day return. I have to pay for the return shipping - not unreasonable - but what I wasn't expecting was to be told I would only receive $37.85 of the $50 I paid for each pair. When I contacted customer service I was told that this was a "fee is set by our logistics partner due to customs and international shipping costs". At no point during checkout was this fee called out separately, nowhere on the website does it explain this, and it seems reasonable to assume that "free shipping" means "free shipping".
