I have owned 3 pairs of ezipizi glasses and ALL three have broken at the connection of the arm to the frame. There is a design fault at this point and it will continue to happen.
Shame they have this weakness as i like the look.
I had three two pairs of glasses shipped to the US, which qualified for "free shipping". However, I accidentally ordered the wrong style. So I went to activate the 30-day return. I have to pay for the return shipping - not unreasonable - but what I wasn't expecting was to be told I would only receive $37.85 of the $50 I paid for each pair. When I contacted customer service I was told that this was a "fee is set by our logistics partner due to customs and international shipping costs". At no point during checkout was this fee called out separately, nowhere on the website does it explain this, and it seems reasonable to assume that "free shipping" means "free shipping".
I love the styles, but unfortunately, the lenses scratch very easily. I only use the glasses for reading, often resting them on my head, but even a single drop leaves them scratched and unusable. Paying £35 for just a month feels excessive.
Be cautious of the expensive returns! The reading glasses are decent, but the return fee is exorbitant—nearly £20 just to send an order back, and I have to print the return slip myself. Even other courier services provide options that don't require this. The returns process is poor and costly—UK buyers should be aware.
I was initially happy with the lenses, but the side junction broke within a couple of months, which is unacceptable, especially since I only used them at my desk for laptop work. I feel cheated; at 40 euros, these glasses should last significantly longer.
