One Star is only for the stitching. Otherwise no star at allThis is my worst experience at All. There coustmer service is horrible they don’t know what they are doing.i thought it’s a huge brand they will more active and good bout I was wrong they torture you mentally.I recently order 3 dresses from them , they took my order confirmed it and after that disappear and when I asked them like after 29 days they didn’t answer and after few days they ask me the order number . Then they send me email that your parcel is dispatched.they didn’t send me any tracking number . Than I start wait again but after one week again I ask again about parcel then they said ok wait pher wait 2 days after she reply oh mam app ka parcel kahain or deliver ho gia tha ab wapis ia ha to hum kal app ko send karain gay. Pher wait after 4 days I recieve my parcel and there you go one dress was missing😡I contact her on WhatsApp, she is so rude dumm lady doesn’t know anything she said no you order only 2 dresses from us 3 wala to sold out ho gia tha . Hamary pass to 2 suit ka order ia tha. Main ne proof send kia lakin no she is not is not admitting kay us ke fault the wo mughy he jota kahy ja rahe the so I give up and decided not to order any thing from this iznik brand anymore . Please before u are going to purchase any thing from them read this before Don’t buy from them . My worst experience ever.
