I purchased chiffon suit CC-69,order #IZ 338183 on first week of December ‘25 for Rs. 9,900 and then spent an additional Rs. 10,000 on stitching and appliqué work because the suit came with numerous front and back organza and chalk lace embroidery patches that required skilled labor to attach.
On the very first wear, within two hours, the embroidered organza, chalk lace, and patches on both side lengths pulled on the chiffon, causing severe tearing. The sleeves are badly damaged, almost as if the fabric was chewed, and the base chiffon is such extremely poor quality that it could not even hold the fine sequins and resham work.
Despite this clear quality issue, Iznik has refused to take responsibility, hiding behind an unrealistic 24-hour complaint policy. It is simply not possible to stitch a suit with extensive appliqué work, wear it, and then file a complaint within 24 hours.
IZNIK uses cheap chiffon fabric and misleads customers with beautiful advertising while delivering substandard quality. Don’t trust # IZNIK . They take no accountability, You get all your money wasted and they wouldn’t compensate for any thing. #IZNIK

I placed an order on 22 October, and their policy states that delivery should take 25 working days. Today is 3 December, which marks the 30th working day, and my order is still not here. This clearly goes against their stated terms and violates consumer protection laws. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out have been largely ignored. When I finally received a response, I was told that my order is 'ready' and will ship 'soon,' yet nothing has been dispatched and no substantial updates have been given. If they wish to operate in this market, they must adhere to local consumer laws. Delayed deliveries and vague excuses are unprofessional and unacceptable. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer protection division if my order remains undelivered. I expected my order to be shipped as promised, but I faced delays and a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
