ome of the worst customer service i have ever received from a professional company. I wanted to make an bulk order for wholesale, i received a call from a representative who has not provided his name. He asked for full payment upfront for the amount of around 5lacs which i was fine with however , i asked him a single question which infuriated him. The question was if their i any missing pcs panels, faults or damages with any of the suits will the claim if arises be honoured. His response to this question is "NO CLAIMS", i asked once more further explaining why i am asking , as often the majority of brands often make mistakes with packing etc. It is something which is normal and now expected. His response again was very negative and condescending , he said (to the effect of) " are we mad that we would ruin our brand by sending you damaged or faulty goods" , i replied "no brand sends faulty or damaged goods intentionally however it does occur". He completely shut me off by saying words to the effect of "our goods are always in perfect condition , we have never ever had a single claim and we send much goods to the UK" his arrogance and condescending nature was offensive, then he went on to say that my company had once made a claim for a missing pear of sleeves and he implied that it was a false claim, that we had lied about it. When ordering we place orders for maybe a few hundred suits at a time, if we made a claim for a single sleeve from a few hundred suits it should be honoured and if not honoured we should not be labelled as lying. This is the class of this company and the respect they show to their customers. This is the type of people you are dealing with so BEWARE.
