EDIT 12/11/24: After posting this review, I received an email from customer support saying that they would refund my order upon receipt of its return, despite the company typically not accepting returns on custom orders. The refund has been issued as of today. One star has been added for the customer service.Good quality product, and customer service seems very willing to work with what you ask for. However, there is no communication between placing a custom order and receiving it in the mail, so if there is a misunderstanding with your direction, you won't know about it until the jacket arrives. I am now unfortunately out $230 (sale price) and would need to order an entirely new jacket to correct the mistake, so two stars have been knocked off for the cost.For prospective customers to avoid this issue, perhaps create a 3D rendering (or provide a photograph, if possible) so that there is a visual for the production team to work with. Or ask if they can send photos of the custom jacket before they actually ship it. I neglected to do either of these things, as I wrongfully assumed--after having dealt with a different company before--that there would be some back-and-forth to ensure I approved of the finished product.Again, though, good quality jacket. Just not quite what I had intended. If your personalization is simple, you should have no issues.
