Stewart & Strauss are a fine example of how customer service should be! I ordered a custom letterman jacket for my daughter whose school does not offer them, and it was ordered and intended as one of the main gifts she will receive for Christmas. When the shipping notification arrived in my email, I did not catch that FedEx had inserted the wrong city for delivery until the date it was scheduled for delivery. In a panic I emailed Stewart and Strauss and within minutes I received a response back that they would contact FedEx, track down my jacket and get the address fixed and the jacket to me. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received my jacket!!! The quality is superb and the customer service is "old school" and this day and time "old school" service is what customers deserve and is almost unheard of.
