I have never felt so let down by a purchase. While I believe they offer beautiful items (if they are indeed authentic), the sizing is completely inaccurate. A size 2x fit more like a S/M. Their refund process seems deceptive, putting customers in a frustrating cycle when trying to get a refund. I couldn't wear the clothes as they were impossible to fit into. I've disputed my charge because the company wouldn't offer any refund options. Caution is advised.
