I received a faux leather skirt from the company and the skirt is great but the accompanying belt is terrible and non-functional, it won't stay on because the design width is not enough to keep the buckle in place. I wrote to customer service 12/22 without response. I wrote a follow up email in which I was apologized to for the email not coming through and stating there is nothing wrong with the belt and was offered a "sorry" 30% off next purchase coupon.
I am extremely disappointed in this company. They take cheap Chinese products and upsale them at quality prices. Then they make returns impossible. I ordered some black boots for $50 that I later found on Temu and SHEIN for like $20. Wish I had done my homework on this site. SMH
I ordered some boots from these people and after several weeks later they arrived. They looked like the ones I ordered but much bigger. I contacted them and their solution was to give me partial credit and keep the boots. I told them that I didn’t want the boots and that I would sent them back. After several emails, they told me that their return center was in New York. I paid for the shipping to that address in New York and after that I contacted them to give them the tracking number. They said that the return was not authorized and that they can only give me the partial credit. I read online that it is very difficult to get your money back from these people and I just gave up. They kept my money along with their product. They are the ultimate scam. If you buy something from them, you will regret it greatly.
This is a foreign company and you can not make any returns. And the products are not what they claim to be. I ordered a cashmere vest and it was only felt. Do NOT buy from them!
I bought a coat as a Christmas gift for my wife, but I was extremely disappointed with the item I received. The size I ordered was not correct, and the quality of the coat seemed poor. The company refused to provide a full refund even after I returned the coat to their shipping location. The customer service team was unreasonable in resolving this issue fairly; in my experience, this merchant lacks integrity. Be cautious and order at your own risk!
I have never felt so let down by a purchase. While I believe they offer beautiful items (if they are indeed authentic), the sizing is completely inaccurate. A size 2x fit more like a S/M. Their refund process seems deceptive, putting customers in a frustrating cycle when trying to get a refund. I couldn't wear the clothes as they were impossible to fit into. I've disputed my charge because the company wouldn't offer any refund options. Caution is advised.
It's not a scam, and they do have support. I ordered from this website expecting high quality, but it turned out to be a drop shipping site sourcing off-brand items directly from overseas. Unfortunately, the quality is quite poor, especially with the jackets. The website can be misleading; the supposed quality resembles that of budget brands. It's a lesson learned. If they could enhance the quality of their products, they might become a more reliable option.
