I received a faux leather skirt from the company and the skirt is great but the accompanying belt is terrible and non-functional, it won't stay on because the design width is not enough to keep the buckle in place. I wrote to customer service 12/22 without response. I wrote a follow up email in which I was apologized to for the email not coming through and stating there is nothing wrong with the belt and was offered a "sorry" 30% off next purchase coupon.
