Parcel not delivered , no details as to where it might have been left, contacted their support 3 times and they said check with all your neighbours even though I was home all day of the delivery and there would be no need to drop to neighbour. Then they sent a form to fill out so they could check with DHL but it wasnt editable so I printed it filled it out and scanned it back and they said it wasnt accepted as it had to be edited online which I dont have the software to do. Still battling to try find my delivery 5 days later
