As a loyal customer for years with around 15 pairs of jeans, I appreciate the products. However, the staff at the local store were unhelpful during my recent visit, despite the store being empty. I'm seriously considering switching to a new jeans brand.
I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I've placed two orders, and neither has arrived, even though it was promised before Christmas. There’s no one to talk to, and my emails go unanswered, with vague responses about order status. I'm still unable to get a refund. 😡
