I withdrew via swift to my bank account over a week ago which is I have done many times before with no issues. I received an email last week confirming payment had been processed. I have still not received the funds in my account. Have raised this with agent on. The chat feature multiple times and keep getting mucked around. They have tried to say my bank account is invalid not to use Mastercard pretty much every excuse not to pay or hold up payment. I have sent through proof that the account is correct etc. I really neeed the money asap as I have had a family emergency if this is rectified asap doubt I will be using jackpot city again and will be making a complaint to the online gambling regulator
