I created an account a couple weeks ago and made a few deposits using the only available method at the time, which was a debit card. After my third deposit, my account was suddenly blocked a few days later without any explanation.
There is no live chat support, and I had to wait nearly two weeks just to receive a response via email. When they finally replied, they simply stated that they had decided to close my account, without providing any clear reason.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Based on how my case was handled, I would not recommend this casino.

I've played with many casinos. Jackpot city is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I recently put 10$ in and won 100$. This was not my first time winning, they Have all my details. I have waited 6 days for my winnings!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I called customer service and they told me the only thing that can do is cancel the money and send it back out. This site is fraudulent. Don't waste your time or money, it's not worth it.

Have been using this site for quite sometime with no issues other than the withdrawl time is longer than most. I recently sent a friend a referral in order to receive a bonus for myself and rhe friend signing up. All steps were taken as stated in the terms to receive the bonus and they will not deposit my bonus funds saying g it did not meet the qualifying requirements which are:
the friend needs to click the link I sent and proceed to register from that and deposit a minimum of $10. Pretty simple instructions that I know were followed but they still say requirements weren't met after the investigation was compelted. . They aren't able to confirm which requirement which seems odd. Total scam from my experience.
