Hello, I won some money in June 11th 2025. It is now 31st of July 2025 and i have still not received an email or anything to confirm that my money is on the way. I have been going back and forth trying to contact someone. Unfortunately the emailing service provided by jackpotcity is much too slow. It says that someone will be in touch within 48hours but that was not the case it took around 3 to 4 weeks before I received any response to any of my emails. Also I was not happy to find that all forms of contact are done through ai chat bot. The verification process and communication process has been terrible. I did however figure it out in the end I have verified my account now and am now waiting for a reply to my new email for them to release the funds I am hoping that it doesn't take another 3 - 4 weeks for them to reply to it. Also keep in mind that only pdfs/docs are read when sending messages through to the documents verification email.
