I’ve been a customer of Jackpot City for some time, but after this experience, I won’t be back — and I want to warn others.On June 25th, I requested a withdrawal of $1,100. For weeks, I was given the runaround by customer service. I kept asking for the email address they used for the Interac e-transfer, and they refused to provide it, saying it was “privacy protected” and always showing a version with asterisks (****@gmail.com). I also asked for a transaction number many times and was never given one.Only this week — almost a month later — did one helpful rep (Michaela, the only one who actually tried to assist me) finally tell me the email they had used. That’s when I found out they had misspelled my email address — it was missing a letter. I’ve now corrected it in my account, but I believe this issue could’ve been resolved weeks ago if they had simply answered my repeated requests.What’s worse is that I now wonder if this was intentional. After reading other reviews here, I see I’m not alone. Many people are saying they aren’t getting paid out, are having similar “email errors,” or being told confusing things during both deposits and withdrawals.As a long-time player who followed all the rules, it feels like this may be part of a pattern. Whether it was a system error or something else, it’s completely unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. I’ve saved screenshots of every conversation, every request, and every delay. If this isn't resolved immediately, I have now reported to eGora on this issue as of yesterday because they are ignoring all of my emails and the chat is not cooperating with me. Actually as of yesterday my chat is no longer working. They have disabled it.I would advise anyone thinking of playing here to read the reviews first — especially before depositing large amounts. I’m deeply disappointed and hope others don’t go through the same experience.
