I had a little win so I went and done a withdraw through swift transfer. As my credit card wasn’t accepted. 1 week passed and i still did not received my money. Prior to this I had already verified my account when I had joined.2 weeks had passed and still I had not received my money. After finding away to contact customer service, I then get told that they have withheld my funds due to my account needing to be verified (Again) due to the amount of money I was withdrawing. Sent all documents through. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks come Friday. Account is verified but now I have to wait another 3 to 7 days for funds to clear.I will not be playing through this site again. Communication is poor and payouts are SLOW
