This is by far the absolute worst platform I have ever had the displeasure of playing on. Besides next to ZERO Support, constant issues with promotions, never receiving promotions you're owed as promised, gameplay resetting itself mid game- deposits don't reflect. When contacting support for over a week (if you're lucky enough to actually get through to a consultant) they refuse, point blank to so much as entertain your complaint and report. Without even taking my deposit voucher number, the consultant became arrogant and rude, insisting it's been put on the account the day I loaded it. The initial consultant reported it was an issue the following day and could see I never received it. I have the transcripts but they just refuse to even look at it. This is a repetitive issue and OZOW deposits take up to 48 hours to reflect... FROM WHEN YOU REPORT IT. It has been such a frustration and I would never recommend this platform to anyone. It's not even fun anymore. Things seemed fair a few months ago but now.. Just absolutely disgusting all round. If I could give 1/4 star, it would be generous.
